25 Dec – Mandalay – fly to Bagan arriving around 1715hr (domestic air fare to Bagan from Mandalay)

26 Dec – Bagan

27 Dec – Bagan -  fly to Heho (via Mandalay) and then to Kalaw (domestic air fares to Heho from Mandalay)

28 Dec – Kalaw – trek day 1

29 Dec – Trek day 2

30 Dec - Trek day 3 – arriving hotel on the lake about noon time
