I am David Sing from Design Travel.

Thank you for your email. Pl provide me your budget, no. of rooms and the quality of hotel (3 or 4-star) you would like. This is because travel is customised and costs more than packaged tours. As time is short, it will be more efficient to know your budget.

Basically I would recommend the following:
Dec 26   Yangon
Dec 27   Domestic flight from Yangon to Inle Lake in the morning.
Dec 28   Inle Lake and surrounding towns. Trekking at Kalaw.
Dec 29   Domestic flight from Inle to Mandalay
Dec 30   Mandalay
Dec 31   Mandalay by car to Pyin Oo Lwin, British military colonial hill resort
Dec 31   Pywin Oo Lwin & trekking
Jan 1      Mandalay to Bagan - domestic flight
Jan 2      Bagan
Jan 3      Bagan to Yangon domestic flight
Jan 4      Yangon to Singapore

Pl let me know if the above proposal is OK with you before I proceed further with the financial costs after receiving your budget and other requirements. Best wishes.

Hi David,
Thank you for your email. There are 4 of us, so we would need 2 rooms or a family suite for 4. 3 to 4 star hotel with breakfast  will be fine for us. Can you leave me your phone number, so that I can ask more detail of itinerary. Please give the quote asap. And can you confirmed  if hotel are still available. Thanks.

Hi Grace

Hotels are full in this December peak tourist season and the 4-star hotels are fully booked. I can't confirm which 3-star hotel will be booked as a booking fee of 50% is needed before the hotel will reserve the rooms. As prospects cancel at the last minute (I have two such cases now), I don't book in anticipation of a closed deal since I will have to pay the cancellation fees. Hotels will be booked once full payment is made.

During the US sanctions of the past years, very few 4- or 5-star hotels were built and now, there is a great shortage of such class in Myanmar. 3-star hotels do not have the gym and pool but they are usually decent and clean.

The following is the quotation.

26 Dec, Arrival Yangon
27 Dec, Yangon- Heho- Inle ( Flight)
28 Dec, Inle - Kalaw ( trekking)
29 Dec, Kalaw - Heho- Mandalay
30 Dec,Mandalay sightseeing
31 Dec,Mandalay - Pyin Oo Lwin - Mandalay
1 Jan,Mandalay - Bagan ( flight)
2 Jan,Bagan sightseeing
3 Jan,Bagan - Yangon ( flight)
4 Jan, Departure

The tour price will be 1578 USD/pax ( based on 4 pax)

Hotel used
3 star hotel use( due to tight occupancy we are not sure which hotel to get and we will try any of the available same class hotel at each destination)
