The cost per person of your land tour for 3 adults (2 females and 1 male). We can use a triple sharing room and hope to visit these places as such:

21.12.2012 (Friday) Arrive Yangon 23:30 by Silk Air.

For the rest of the days we hope to cover Yangon, Kyaikhtiyo, Bago, Bagan, Mandalay, Amarapura, Sagaing, Mingun, Heho and Inle lake.
30.12.2012 (Sunday) Return to Yangon to take the connection Silk Air flight midnight of 31.12.2012 to return to Singapore.

Please suggest a possible itinerary and total cost for the 3 adults in December and method of booking e.g. 50% payment for hotels/airlines etc as this is still early and prices may change. Therefore, give a time limit for payment and confirmation of the final costs if payment is made. That means, no additional charges once both parties including the hotels and airlines have agreed to the pricing.
